• All items must be returned within 21 days of their ship date or purchase date for in store purchases.
  • Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, perfume and/or smoke-free.
  • Customers are responsible for Return Shipping Fees.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
  • Jewelry is not eligible for returns.
  •  Items purchased on sale or with a promo code are eligible for a return only in the amount of the lowest price of the item. 
  • Items purchased with a free gift must also include the free gift when returned. 


  • Make sure you’re within 21 days of the purchase date to be eligible to return your item.
  • Include your packing slip in your return or a note with you name and email.

  • Please obtain a tracking number and get insurance on your package. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. 


    • Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 2-5 business days upon receipt of the package.
